The MILES Program provides guidance and assistance to our Service Member customers throughout the entire car buying process. Our goal is for the Service Member customer to be well educated about their purchase before they walk into the dealership. Through one-on-one Vehicle Purchase Training with a MILES Loan Specialist, we’ll inform the customer of the importance of building positive credit, making smart purchasing decisions, and protecting their new investment. We also provide some extra resources they may need to help them choose a dependable new or used vehicle within their budget. We want the Service Members vehicle purchasing process to be quick, easy, and enjoyable!
