We pay a portion of each employee’s total monthly premium for the group health insurance plan. Options for the plans include Employee Only, Employee/Spouse, Employee/Child, and Employee/Spouse/Child.
We also pay a portion of each employee’s total monthly premium for the group dental insurance plan. Option for the plans include Employee, Employee/Spouse, Employee/Child, and Employee/Spouse/Child. Employees who select to participate in our dental coverage will receive vision care discounts at no additional cost.
After 90 days of continuous employment, employees are eligible to participate in the 401K program, with up to 15% allowable contribution deducted from their payroll. DFS will match employee contributions up to 2% and will pay all administrative fees related to the 401K program.
We pay 100% of the premium for your Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment. Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance as well as life insurance for spouses and dependants on a voluntary employee paid basis.
We pay 100% of the premiums for Short Term Disability and for 2 years of Long Term Disability. Employees have the option to purchase additional Long Term Disability coverage.
We pay 100% of services offered by our Employee Assistance Program (EAP). The EAP is here to provide a resource to our valued employees to address personal problems which may affect their and their family’s lifestyle. This program provides problem assessment, short-term counseling and referrals.
