INSIDE SALES SPECIALIST

Description: The job opportunity primarily assists our sales personnel by helping to expedite the processing of a customer’s loan application.  This is done using our loan processing software, email, and lots of phone work after the customer’s loan application is received here at the Lexington office.  You will be communicating with our sales people, many of our nearly 600 automobile dealership partners, and the customer, helping to eliminate loan application problems which are causing a delay in the vehicle sale and loan financing process.
Details:

  • Regular full time position, 40 hours per week.
  • Scheduled hours are 12:30pm – 9:00pm Monday through Friday with work every other Saturday.  You receive a day off during the work week when you are scheduled to work Saturday.
  • Full company benefits effective the first day of the calendar month following 30 days of work.  Benefits include: medical insurance, prescription drug plan, vision and dental insurance, short term and long term disability insurance, life insurance, paid holidays, paid time off for vacation and sickness, and a 401(k) plan.
  • Payroll is bi-weekly and an annual salary will be provided which will be based on your experience, background and skills.
  • And, while this IS NOT A PHONE SALES JOB, we have found that people with a sales-type personality are best suited for the job.

Health Plans

Group Health Insurance

We pay a portion of each employee’s total monthly premium for the group health insurance plan.  Options for the plans include Employee Only, Employee/Spouse, Employee/Child, and Employee/Spouse/Child.

Dental and Vision Insurance

We also pay a portion of each employee’s total monthly premium for the group dental insurance plan.  Option for the plans include Employee, Employee/Spouse, Employee/Child, and Employee/Spouse/Child.  Employees who select to participate in our dental coverage will receive vision care discounts at no additional cost.

Retirement Plans

401K Benefits

After 90 days of continuous employment, employees are eligible to participate in the 401K program, with up to 15% allowable contribution deducted from their payroll.  DFS will match employee contributions up to 2% and will pay all administrative fees related to the 401K program. 

Financial Planning

Life Insurance

We pay 100% of the premium for your Group Term Life Insurance and Accidental Death and Dismemberment.  Employees have the option to purchase additional life insurance as well as life insurance for spouses and dependants on a voluntary employee paid basis.

Disability Insurance

We pay 100% of the premiums for Short Term Disability and for 2 years of Long Term Disability.  Employees have the option to purchase additional Long Term Disability coverage.

Employee Assistance Program

We pay 100% of services offered by our Employee Assistance Program (EAP).  The EAP is here to provide a resource to our valued employees to address personal problems which may affect their and their family’s lifestyle.  This program provides problem assessment, short-term counseling and referrals.
